“Windows Vista’s effects are pointless”

Windows Vista Aero

Here is something to ponder, do Windows users claim that Windows Vistas effects are a waste of time because they have already been done, and done better on other systems such as Mac OSX and Linux?

If Windows Vista was the ONLY OS that had those special effects, I bet the Windows user camp would be shouting from the rooftops about them.

This is very true. I’ve never understood the Vista hatred. I’ve never had a bit of bother with it, if I’m honest. I have it installed on a slave hard drive and even when I was running it from my old system (which was sporting a whole 1.20Ghz of processing power and an unbelievable 328MB RAM!) it ran faster than XP did.

Hell, if it wasn’t for Cubase SX3 not working for me properly on Vista, I’d be using that right now.
